For your safety and health, the Asan Henna Store does not allow the return or exchange of its products due to health reasons and for the preservation of public health. Except for products that reach you by mistake or are not desired only. On the condition that: the exchanged or returned product is in its original condition and packaging, has not been used, opened, or altered in its packaging, along with the original purchase invoice. You can exchange or return the damaged product within 2 days from the time of receiving the product; after this period, the customer has no right to claim after 48 hours. The process of exchange or return may take 7-10 working days. The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified, then the amount will be transferred to your account within 3-7 working days from the date we receive the product. When you wish to exchange the damaged product and choose an alternative product, please transfer the difference amount between the damaged product and the alternative product if there is a price difference. All returned products must be in good condition, wrapped in their original unopened packaging, without any damage; if the product has been opened and used, the amount will not be refunded to the customer. The customer has the right to request compensation or a refund if the wrong product is received or if the product arrives damaged or broken due to the delivery process, provided the objection is made within the first 2 days from the date of receipt.
Order cancellation policy before receipt: Please note that order filling and shipping are done automatically after the customer places the order. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us as soon as possible after submitting your order within the first hour via WhatsApp so that your order status can be updated. We do not accept the return or exchange of products damaged due to misuse, and we reserve the right not to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria. If the customer wants to return the order before it is received from the shipping company, the shipping cost for both directions will be deducted. The order will not be approved via bank transfer until the receipt of the amount in our bank account is confirmed. No refunds will be made until the amount is received in our bank account.
